At Fight Club Gurugram, all membership plans, training packages, and services are subject to the following refund policy.
All membership fees paid for MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Self Defense, Fitness, or Martial Arts programs are generally non-refundable after activation.
Trial classes, demo sessions, registration fees, and admission charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a membership or training package has been activated, no refund requests will be entertained for unused sessions, absenteeism, relocation, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.

Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider or banking process.
Memberships purchased under promotional discounts, special offers, campaigns, or limited-time deals are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fight Club Gurugram reserves the right to change trainers, schedules, class timings, or batch allocations without refund liability.
Membership plans cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or shared with another individual without written approval from management.
No refund shall be provided for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, public emergencies, or unavoidable operational issues.
Fight Club Gurugram management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund requests.
